First Time at Hope Community

What should I expect?

Expect a friendly greeting when you walk in our doors. Our diverse praise and worship services blend songs of every genre so that there's something for everyone, and each service includes prayer time. Most importantly, expect an anointed message that actually applies to your life.

What about my kids?

From babies through age eleven, Hope Kids offers a fun, safe, and faith-filled environment where children learn about God through games, Bible lessons, skits, videos, and more. Nurseries are available for infants through age three during the entire service, and children ages four through eleven check in before service begins so parents can fully engage in God’s Word. For quicker check-in, download the Church Center app and add Hope Community Church of Houma before you arrive.

Where do I park?

Hope Community Church offers ample parking around the building, making it easy and convenient for guests and families to arrive. Clearly accessible parking areas allow for smooth entry and a welcoming start to your visit.

What do I wear?

At Hope Community Church, we encourage everyone to come as they are and wear comfortable attire. Whether casual or dressed up, what matters most is your presence—not what you’re wearing.

How can I get connected?

Getting connected at Hope Community Church happens through life-giving small groups and our First Steps membership class. First Steps meets on the 5th Sunday of every month, helping you discover your next steps and become part of the Hope Community family.

At Hope Community Church, everyone is always welcome—this is a place of grace where you can belong, be loved, and encounter HOPE.
