Welcome to Hope Community Church!
Good morning everyone we're so glad you're here with us today. As we continue in our "Battle Ready" series, we've been looking at the armor God has given believers for the spiritual battles we face in everyday life.
Today we come to a powerful and unique piece of that armor-the Sword of the Spirit. Unlike the other pieces that are mainly defensive, this is the one weapon God has placed in our hands. It reminds us that we are not le helpless against the enemy; God has given us His very Word as a weapon that is living, powerful, and able to defeat lies with truth.
Today we're going to explore what it means to take up the Sword of the Spirit and how God's Word equips us to fight the battles we face.
